I like what you bring to the hitting world. You speak of things that are not normal hitting talks. The way the body works. I coach 12u Softball and Varsity Softball. First thing I have any hitter do is hit 5 their way. With small tweaks that I learned from catapult hitting systems. Minimum of 10-mph was added to exit velocity. What you say/teach works.
I’ve spent 11+ years in the corrective fitness industry, and have too many alphabet-soup certifications to bore you with.I also played four years of Division One baseball at Fresno State from 2000-2003.
It’s NOT how you study, but what you study that counts.I apply human movement principles (or rules), validated by science, to hitting a baseball and softball.
