1. Information We Collect

3. Athlete Data and ByldrIQ
ByldrIQ is an athlete training tool available through Hitting Performance Lab. When you use ByldrIQ, you (as the account holder) may provide athlete profile information to generate personalized training plans. This data may include:
- Athlete age and competitive level
- Sport and position (baseball or softball)
- Training history, frequency, and current workload
- Physical development stage or off-season status
- Goals and areas of focus (e.g., bat speed, contact, timing)
How athlete data is used
Athlete profile information is used solely to generate personalized training plans and recommendations within ByldrIQ. This data is associated with your account and is not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Parent and guardian accounts
ByldrIQ is designed to be used by a parent or guardian on behalf of their athlete. The account holder (parent or guardian) is the user of record. If you are entering information about a minor athlete, you represent that you are that athlete’s parent or legal guardian and that you consent to this data collection on their behalf.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 as users. Athlete profile data entered by a parent on behalf of a child is collected under the parent’s account and consent. If you believe a child under 13 has independently submitted personal information to us without parental consent, please contact us at joey@hittingperformancelab.com and we will promptly delete it.
AI-assisted plan generation
ByldrIQ uses AI-assisted processing to generate training plans based on the athlete profile data you provide. Submitted profile data may be processed by AI services to produce your output. We do not use your athlete data to train external AI models or share it for any purpose outside of plan generation.
4. Information Sharing
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: We use trusted third-party services to operate our business, including Kajabi (course hosting and email delivery), Stripe (payment processing), Google Analytics 4 (site analytics), and Make.com (workflow automation). These providers access your data only as necessary to perform their services and are required to protect it.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
5. Children’s Privacy
Our website and courses are directed to adults (parents, coaches, and instructors). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 as independent users. Athlete profile data submitted via ByldrIQ by a parent or guardian on behalf of their child is covered under the parent’s account — see Section 3 for details.

We use cookies for the following purposes:

8. Subscription Services
We offer subscription-based membership products, including War Room Lite and War Room Elite. When you subscribe:
- Your payment information is stored by our payment processor (Stripe via Kajabi) for recurring billing.
- You will be billed on your subscription cycle until you cancel.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Kajabi account or contacting us at joey@hittingperformancelab.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access through the period you have paid for.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Payment transactions are encrypted using SSL technology. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
